​1. Wanderlust Camping Club
​
Park Farm Holidays is certified by Wanderlust Camping Club (WCC). We pay the membership fee on your behalf, which is included in the final booking price. This means you can enjoy other environmentally friendly glamping sites via WCC. If you want to receive updates from Wanderlust, please provide your email address, and we will add you to their mailing list. Wanderlust will send information about new sites and any donations from the club. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

2. Park Farm Holidays Terms and Conditions
​
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website or otherwise brought to your attention. You are responsible for reading the Terms each time you submit a booking request, and any such request shall signify that you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of Terms.

2.1 General Booking Terms
​
2.1.1 Guests are permitted to bring one car per tent booking. Additional cars can be requested at an extra cost (£10 per night).
​
2.1.2 Guests can book all add-ons, including pets when booking. All add-ons must be ordered and paid for before the arrival date. We reserve the right to refuse any add-on additions not pre-arranged.

2.1.3. All guests must check in with a Park Farm Holidays team member (4 pm-12 am) and adhere to the relevant campsite rules. We reserve the right to terminate your booking early if you break the rules.
2.1.4. All guests can check in from 4 p.m. and must vacate by noon. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be requested but are subject to availability.

2.1.5. All fires must be off the ground in the fire pits provided. You are not permitted to collect from the farm or surrounding areas. BBQs and fires must be supervised at all times. In extremely hot weather, fires may not be permitted due to the risk of spreading fire and are subject to New Forest Park Authority fire and BBQ bans.

2.1.6. Rubbish and any waste/recycling must be disposed of in the indicated areas.

2.1.7. We do not allow loud noises, partying or any other celebrations that could disturb other glampers or our neighbours. No amplified music can be played on site, such as car stereos, builder’s radios, sound bars, bongos, drums or other musical instruments. At 10 pm, we ask that you be aware that others around and keep all noise to a minimum, strictly not music after this time.

2.1.8. If we have reports of inappropriate behaviour, use of foul language, excessive alcohol consumption or recreational drug use, this will result in IMMEDIATE termination of your holiday without any refund whatsoever. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your holiday without consultation compensation and with immediate effect if you or any party member act up towards other guests, staff, or any property belonging to the campsite or any of its guests.
2.1.9. No hen/stag parties, weddings or large adult-only groups are allowed.

2.1.10. No drones or kites are allowed to be used for the safety of horses on the land. There is plenty of room in the neighbouring area.
2.1.11. The use of generators is not permitted on site.
2.1.12. Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times, and fouling must be cleaned up immediately—no more than 3 dogs per accommodation. Please note that we do not allow dangerous dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

2.1.13. As our site is rural, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by the weather, plants, trees, insects, animals or wildlife.

2.2. Bookings and Payments
​
2.2.1. We confirm all bookings by email after receiving your booking payment.
2.2.2. All bookings have a 2-night minimum stay.
2.2.3. All prices are based on the accommodation, and each accommodation has a maximum of 2 adults.
2.2.4. While we make every effort to ensure our prices remain unchanged, we reserve the right to amend them at any time.
2.2.5. Bookings are non-transferable to another party.
2.2.6. By booking, you agree to our terms and conditions and agree that both guests are over 18 and take full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by any party member.
2.2.7. Your booking must be paid for in full before arrival.

2.2.8. Amendments to bookings - change to bookings, for example (but not limited to) changing dates, can be made depending on the availability of original accommodation. Please get in touch with us directly for any amendments. Amendments cannot be made within 7 days of your booking.

2.2.9. It is your responsibility to check for email or text message correspondence from “us”, and if you change any of your contact details, you must let us know immediately so we can update your customer account. Failure to do so could result in you missing important about your holiday and confirmations. If you don’t provide us with your new contact details, we will not be responsible or issue any refund whatsoever for any expense you incurred. Please check your spam folders, as some emails will come from our general email address, but others may come from the booking platform.

2.3. Cancellations
​
2.3.1. All cancellations must be confirmed by email and sent to hello@parkfarmhols.co.uk as soon as possible, quoting your name, our booking reference and reason for cancelling.

2.3.2. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before your arrival date, and you will receive a full refund. After 7 days, no refund is available.
​
2.3.3. Cancellations by you due to inclement weather, transportation failure, non-arrival of party members, illness, late arrival or early departure are not eligible for any refunds whatsoever.

2.3.4. Guest unforeseen events: We recommend you take out travel insurance, as we do not provide refunds for unexpected events. “Unforeseen events” are defined but not limited to bereavement, jury service, personal illness or illness of someone within your party, risk of contagious disease, redundancy and unavoidable work commitments.
2.3.5. If we have to cancel your holiday due to circumstances within our control or for unforeseen events that compromise safety at our site, we will endeavour to offer you the option of an alternative date and accommodation of a comparable standard subject to availability within the same booking season or the following season or a full refund.​ "Unforeseen events" are defined as 'Force Majeure’ events and are circumstances we could not, even with due care, foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances include (but are not limited to) war, civil unrest, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, foot and mouth disease, pandemics, government restrictions and all other similar events outside our control. We will endeavour to manage any problems caused by a Force Majeure event.
