Do you have electric at Park Farm Holidays?Yes, all our glamping accommodations (including our tents) at Park Farm Holidays have electric outlets. You can charge your devices, use your hairdryer, or any other electrical appliances you may need during your stay. We understand the importance of staying connected, even while enjoying the outdoors. However, we kindly ask that you use the electricity wisely and turn off all appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

Do you have fridges at Park Farm Holidays?We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our caravan and shepherd's hut come with fridges to store your food and drinks. However, our tents don't have fridges. In case you plan to stay in our tents, we recommend bringing a cool box with you. If you happen to have an electric cool box, it can be conveniently plugged into the electrical sockets that supply the tents, ensuring your food and drinks remain chilled throughout your stay.

Can I bring my dog to Park Farm Holidays?Yes, we are a dog-friendly glamping accommodation and welcome well-behaved dogs to stay with us. We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, and we want them to enjoy a holiday with you, too. However, we ask that you always keep your dog on a lead while on the Park Farm Holiday grounds and clean up after them. Please note that there is a £10 charge per dog per night (capped at £50 per stay); this can be added at the time of booking. Do you have showers at Park Farm Holidays?We are pleased to inform you that we offer 2 shower rooms equipped with a shower and wash basin. The exact distance from your accommodation may vary depending on the location of your tent, hut, or caravan, but they are just a short walk away. In addition to the shower rooms, we also have a portaloo and serviced toilets available in the yard for your convenience.

Do you allow fires at Park Farm Holidays?Yes, we allow fires, however, we want to ensure the safety of everyone and protect our fields. Therefore, we kindly request that all fires be kept off the ground and confined to the designated fire pits. We would also like to remind you that collecting materials from the farm or surrounding areas for the fire is strictly prohibited. It is important to supervise BBQs and fires at all times, and in extremely hot weather, please note that fires may not be permitted due to the risk of spreading fire. We follow the guidelines set by the New Forest Park Authority regarding fire and BBQ bans. If you need wood for your fire pits or wood-burning stoves, you can purchase it from us.

Can I bring my own tent/caravan/campervan?Unfortunately, no. Park Farm Holidays is a glamping-only site, which means that we do not allow guests to bring their own tents, caravans or campervans. However, our glamping accommodations are fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. From luxurious bell tents to a cosy shepherd's hut or caravan, we have something for everyone. So, why not try glamping and book your stay at Park Farm Holidays?

What is Wanderlust Camping Club?Wanderlust Camping Club (WCC) is a camping club that specialises in glamping. Their main objective is to introduce more people to the world of glamping and to raise standards, thereby improving the overall experience for our members. As a certified member of the club, we adhere to their rules and standards to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay with us. When you stay at Park Farm Holiday, you automatically become a member of the Wanderlust Camping Club, as we pay the membership fee on your behalf. We may share your email with Wanderlust, or you can sign up with them directly. Wanderlust will provide you with information about new sites and any donations from the club. The membership lasts a lifetime, but if you wish to stop receiving emails, you can opt out of them anytime.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Park Farm Holidays?Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. If you need to arrive or depart outside of these times, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of arranging an alternative time. Please note that we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, as this may depend on availability and our cleaning schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. However, after this period, no refund will be available. Please be aware that refunds are not eligible for any cancellations made by you due to inclement weather, transportation failure, non-arrival of party members, illness, late arrival or early departure. Do you accept group bookings?Our policy allows for up to 2 adults per accommodation. If you require more than one accommodation, you are welcome to book them together. However, please note that we do not allow hen/stag parties, weddings, or large adult-only (>10 persons) groups. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests.

Can I bring an extra car?Each tent booking allows for one vehicle per guest. If you need to bring additional cars, you may request them for an extra fee of £10 per night.

What are your policies on music and noise?At our glamping site, we strive to maintain a peaceful and tranquil environment for all our guests. While we are big music lovers, we kindly request that you refrain from playing loud music, partying, or engaging in celebratory activities that may disturb other guests or our neighbours. We strictly prohibit amplified music on the site, including car stereos, builder's radios, sound bars, bongos, drums, or other musical instruments. Additionally, we request that all guests be mindful of the noise level and keep it to a minimum after 10 p.m. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring everyone can enjoy the serene surroundings without disturbance.

Do you have washing up/kitchen facilities?You'll be glad to know that each tent, hut and caravan is equipped with a basin, washing up liquid, sponges, and tea towels for your convenience. Additionally, our field kitchen is conveniently located at the centre of the site, complete with a water supply and basin for all your washing-up needs.

Can I recycle at Park Farm Holidays?Yes, we encourage all our guests to recycle during their stay. We provide general waste bins in our accommodations for your convenience. Additionally, we have designated areas for general waste and recycling located near the field kitchen to ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.

Do you have a shop?I'm sorry to inform you that we don't have our own shop here. However, the Minstead Community Shop is within walking distance and offers a variety of essentials. For a wider selection, you can visit the small Tesco and Coop stores in Lyndhurst or the larger Morrisons in Totton.

Are there any good places to eat nearby?If you're a fan of cosy pubs, you'll love the New Forest. The Trusty Servant is a great local option, but there are plenty of other options to choose from. The Green Dragon and Sir Walter Tyrell are both just a short drive or cycle away. And if you're looking for a bite to eat, Lyndhurst has a great selection of cafes and restaurants. Make sure to check out The Forage for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Are there any walking trails nearby?Certainly, you can take a direct walk from Park Farm Holidays, or if you prefer, there are many walking trails available within a short drive away. For instance, we highly recommend Arces Down, a 7-minute drive from Minstead. To assist you in finding trails in the area, we suggest using apps like Kamoot and Alltrails. These apps can be incredibly helpful in guiding you to your desired location.
